Vortex Venom 3moa Red Dot. These sights are absolutely awesome. I like the Venom over the Viper because of the ability to change the battery without having to remove and re zero the optic. This particular optic was on my CZ Scorpion for a while.

I took it off to mount it on a pistol but never got around to it. I hate to get rid of it now, but times are tuff. It has a little scuffing around the battery compartment from changing batteries and one little scratch on the hood. Both are visible in the pictures.

The optic functions flawlessly and in my opinion, the auto adjust setting is probably the most spot on that I've had the pleasure of using. It adjust quickly and the brightness is always right on.
